I have bought many DVD's from Secondspin over the past year or so. I play them when i want, I'm not going to be bound by their ** day return policy. Two so far have not played in their entirety, because they are damaged, scenes are missing thus I'm unable to enjoy the movies. I contacted Rosalyn and all I kept getting back from her was the ** day return period. That is totally irrelevant. Not an apology . I asked if there was any quality control. Not a response. And why isn't there quality control on DVD's & CD's before selling them to unsuspecting customers? They are as disrespectful, dishonest, disreputable as the people who sell damaged goods to them. SHAME on them. We should be able to return the damaged article regardless outside of ** days. They don't have a phone no. because they are short staffed, it's because they don't want to hear the many, many complaints of dissatisfied customers. I've read a number of review on how people regard them. They are cowards hiding behind emails. *CAVEAT EMPTOR - that means BUYER BEWARE.*I have downloaded the comments and will be sending them to Rosalyn. What she will do them is a mute point, she may just throw them in the round bin. if I don't hear back from anyone there then I shall be using whatever means I can to show them up.
