I did not get a paper on Sept. *th. I was out of town that Sunday and got back later in the afternoon and no paper was evident. It was too late to contact the Times. So I bought a paper. The next Sunday, Sept ** I did get a paper delivered. On Sept ** there was not paper and about *:**am I called and was told a paper would be delivered, but it was not. I had a friend pick up a paper at the store for me, but kept checking until late afternoon to see if a paper had been delivered, Nothing! Then this morning I opened by front door and lo and behold there was a paper. Now I live in a small community of trailer homes, and spend a lot of my time checking my garden and just going out on the deck, and it would have been impossible for a paper to lay there without my seeing it. However, when I got up this a.m. there was a paper on the deck. It must have been delivered early Monday a.m.*This is not a good way of handling the situation, and I am very upset about the whole thing.

I blew off the steam It is very frustrating to say the least when I don't get the paper. I don't know if the person who delivers does not have my right address, or is just negligent, but hope the situation will improve.
