We purchased tickets for the Andrea Bocelli concert in Cleveland on December 2, [redacted]. We are in our late 70s and have noticed that Rocket Mortgage Field House does not require masks or vaccination verification. Despite being vaccinated and boosted, due to the new Omicron variant, we are hesitant to attend as others around may not be vaccinated or masked properly. We want to return the tickets to our son, but we are having trouble doing so through the SeatGeek App. Could someone assist us with this request? I bought tickets for the Saints game tonight through SeatGeek. When I created my account, I accidentally used the wrong email address. Now, SeatGeek is asking me to verify my email to access my tickets, but I can't do it with the incorrect address. I've been trying to reach them via email for a week now, but no response. I just need to update my email from [redacted] to [redacted]

I purchased two Genesis concert tickets from SeatGeek for $[redacted]. Despite being in section [redacted], our seats were obstructed by large cables hanging from the ceiling, possibly for the light show. This was disappointing as a long-time fan, especially since it may be our last chance to see them live. I believe a refund is reasonable given the obstructed view.

I bought Lakers tickets for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, I had a medical appointment on the 26th and can't attend. I asked SeatGeek for a refund instead of a swap like they suggested. I followed their instructions to email them with any issues, informed them about my medical problem, and offered to provide proof, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

I have been waiting for months now for a response and refund regarding the tickets my husband and I purchased for the Rod Stewart concert in Las Vegas on October 6, [redacted]. We encountered issues at the door as the tickets were not accepted, leading us to believe they had been resold and used by someone else. This was a significant event for us, and we are disappointed by this situation. Numerous messages have been sent by both my husband and me, but with no resolution. This situation reflects poorly on your company. We will be reaching out to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for further assistance. The tickets were bought on 7/29/21 for $[redacted].02. I purchased two tickets for the Seahawks-Bears football game in Seattle on December 26th through SeatGeek. I received an email on November 10th stating that my tickets were pending, but I haven't received any further updates since then. My bank made the payment to SeatGeek on November 16th. I am quite upset with how this situation has been handled as I am currently out $[redacted] and unsure if I actually have the tickets or not.

On Sunday, December 5th, [redacted], I bought tickets for the Alamobowl. Initially, I attempted to purchase 4 seats together in section [redacted]. Due to unavailable seating, I had to buy 2 tickets in row 31. Later, I found seats in row 30, but the system only allowed me to purchase 1 ticket when it showed "upto 3 available." After buying the single ticket, I tried to purchase another but could only get the 2 remaining tickets. Feeling unsure, I ended up buying the 2 tickets, but now I need a refund for the single ticket purchased. My order number is 6P2-7K6E6N5. I would appreciate assistance with processing a refund for this particular order. Thank you.

I am reaching out before proceeding with a chargeback. I am having trouble selling my tickets because they have not been transferred to my email, despite me already making the payment. Seatgeek, the platform I purchased from, mentions that the venue will only transfer the tickets to my account 72 hours before the event. Due to their policy, I won't be able to list them for sale on their site, as initially required. I'm frustrated as they are withholding the product I paid for, preventing me from reselling it.

I purchased tickets on SeekGeek. However, after receiving an email to accept the tickets, I was informed that they had already been accepted by a different email address. SeekGeek's customer service was not very helpful in resolving the issue. I am concerned about whether my tickets have been claimed by someone else, leaving me out of $[redacted]. The tickets were transferred via Ticketmaster but do not appear in my Ticketmaster account where they should be listed under events.

Hello, one month ago, I bought 6 tickets to watch Moulin Rouge with two other couples. I gave 2 tickets to one couple, who got them. I sent the remaining 4 tickets to the other couple for all of us. However, Iris Lesser only received 3 tickets, with the 4th one labeled as 'status pending'. The ticket ID number for the pending ticket is [redacted], seat 4 in row N, orchestra right. I am seeking a refund for the tickets I purchased from Seatgeek. The event tickets have not been issued by the University of Tennessee's ticket office yet, making it clear that the tickets are fraudulent. Seatgeek claims I can relist the tickets at any time, but they have not been released to me, as they will only be sent to my email on the day of the event, violating their own policy that tickets cannot be relisted less than 72 hours before an event. This situation leaves me unable to sell the tickets even if they were legitimate. I have seen similar complaints from other customers who missed events because tickets were never issued. I want a resolution before the event occurs. If a refund is not provided, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Despite paying significant service fees, Seatgeek has failed to offer adequate customer service and has sold me non-existent tickets. This fraudulent behavior not only affects me but also damages the reputation of Seatgeek, the venue, and the marketplace. My order number is [redacted].

On 12/13, I received an email stating that my tickets were available for claiming. However, upon clicking the link and claiming the tickets, I realized that they were for the wrong event. My original order (Order #: 6P2-GENYYD9) was for an event on 1/28/22, but the tickets I received are for 1/24/22. I would like to return the incorrect tickets and receive the tickets I originally intended to purchase.

I mistakenly provided the wrong email address and have been unable to reach the company to resolve the issue before the event. I did not receive the Dodger tickets and am requesting a reimbursement of $[redacted]. The name on file is Austin Sandoval, and the credit card used has been renewed with a new card number. Hello, I am in need of some assistance. My family and I purchased tickets for the Nets vs. Nuggets game on December 19th only to discover that the game has been postponed. We do not reside in New York, so when we bought the tickets, we had to take a flight to get there. Unfortunately, rescheduling is not feasible for us due to our location. I bought tickets online four times as they were repeatedly canceled by your system, resulting in me missing the game. Please refund the money for the four transactions that were canceled. I posted my football tickets for sale on SeatGeek, NFL Exchange, and Gametime. Gametime sold a pair for $[redacted], and then I tried to remove them from the other sites, but they were already off the market (since the bar codes were linked). Shortly after, I received an email from SeatGeek saying they sold the tickets for $[redacted]. I'm confused about who actually sold them. Gametime is adamant that they sold the tickets, so how did I receive a sold email from SeatGeek?

I purchased tickets through Seatgeek, and the tickets indicated that I had front-row seats in row 13 near the stage. However, when the tickets were transferred to Ticketmaster, the seat location was much further back than what was initially shown. I am disappointed because I specifically chose those seats to be close to the stage. Even though I already have the tickets from Ticketmaster, I am unsure of what steps to take to address this issue. I invested a significant amount of money in these tickets with the expectation of being close to the stage, and I feel disheartened by what seems like a discrepancy in seating.

I have not received any response regarding my $[redacted] spent on Luke Combs and Ashley McBride tickets at the FedEx Forum in Memphis. Upon arrival, I couldn't access the tickets that were transferred to me on the same email. Despite spending over an hour at the box office and speaking to a representative, the issue persisted. I submitted all requested documents and made multiple follow-up calls, with no reply from SeatGeek. This has been a frustrating experience, as it was for my anniversary and involved travel from Arkansas. I am disappointed and considering further action to resolve this situation.

I encountered the same issue. I purchased Elton John tickets pre-pandemic with the assurance of instant delivery for the rescheduled event. However, on the day of the concert, the tickets were unavailable on the app. Despite multiple emails and tweets, I received a call just an hour before the show informing me that the tickets were sold to someone else, even after paying close to $[redacted] two and a half years ago. Regrettably, I missed the opportunity to see Elton John for the first time, causing disappointment for my wife and myself. Although a refund was issued, the experience was disheartening, leading me to decide against using SeatGeek in the future.

Dear support team, I am encountering issues with the Seatgeek App as it is not working in my country. Unfortunately, I am unable to open any barcodes from the confirmation email I received. I have tried to download the app from the App Store and Google Play, but the links are unresponsive with my European mobile phone number. Since I have already purchased two tickets for the musical Moulin Rouge without any prior notice from your company regarding international usage limitations, could you kindly provide me with PDFs of the tickets or the barcodes for my convenience?
