I ordered tickets to the Genesis concert in Cleveland on November **th. The sale was completed. A confirmation email was sent sent to me. I said my tickets were available immediately on seatgeek. Now the problem. When I try to sign on to the app it does not connect. I have even tried the magic link and that doesn't sign me in either. I have no idea what the password is. I have tried everything I can think of to no avail. Every thing I do opens the home page. When I check my account, I am not signed in
