I purchased two tickets for the Alabama/Charlie Daniels concert in Nashville, TN, over a year ago for my wife and myself to celebrate our 72nd birthdays, totaling $[redacted].35. Unfortunately, the concert was canceled and then rescheduled due to health issues with the Alabama band. Further complications arose with the tragic passing of Charlie Daniels, leading to another rescheduling with a different artist that I had not originally purchased tickets for. With us now being 74 years old and having our own health concerns, I have attempted to sell the tickets at a significant loss but have been unsuccessful due to the impact of Covid-19 and the change in lineup. In hindsight, I regret trying to commemorate our birthdays with these tickets. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, I'm inquiring about my promotion code that was supposed to be valid until today (05/12/21) for $[redacted] as a refund for the cancellation of the Third Eye Blind concert. I'm trying to make a booking now to utilize this credit, as no direct refund option was given. However, the system is not recognizing the code anymore. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I want to ensure I can benefit from the credit I received. Thank you. - E.C.

I purchased 6 tickets for the Rolling Loud Festival at the Hard Rock Stadium scheduled for July 21-23. Unfortunately, I'm concerned about not having enough time to receive and distribute the tickets to my guests with only a two-day notice period before the event. I would like to arrange the tickets to be shipped earlier to avoid any last-minute complications. Is there a way to contact the seller directly to request an early delivery of the tickets? I want to ensure they arrive in a timely manner before the event, and not just a day prior. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Hello, I bought two tickets through SeatGeek for "Moulin Rouge" on Broadway on Wednesday, February 9, [redacted], at 2:00 pm. I accidentally purchased tickets designated for handicapped individuals and companions. I am not handicapped and worried about accessing the theater with these tickets. I'd like to exchange them for two orchestra seats, one being an aisle seat, for the same show. Since the box office is closed and SeatGeek is unresponsive, what steps can I take to exchange the tickets?

I bought a ticket for the Padres game on 5/14 through SeatGeek. However, upon arrival, the ticket kept scanning as “wrong game” despite it being on the correct date. The ticket office couldn't locate it in their system. I had to purchase another ticket through Ticketmaster to attend the game. I'm looking for guidance on how to obtain a refund for the invalid original ticket. I have receipts for both tickets and can provide any additional documentation needed. Thank you for your help in advance!

I tried to purchase 3 tickets on SeatGeek, but only received confirmation for 2 tickets. Despite contacting customer service twice, I was not given a satisfactory solution. Following their advice to purchase the missing ticket separately to ensure seating together, I ended up with seats in different sections. When I reached out for further assistance, I was instructed to sell the extra ticket with the condition of delayed payment post-event. Despite sending multiple emails and enduring long wait times on the phone, I have yet to receive any helpful resolution. I have stressed the urgency of sitting together due to accompanying disabled seniors for safety reasons. Each time emphasizing that I initially ordered 3 tickets, I'm disappointed by the lack of service provided considering the service fee charged per ticket.

I'm looking for my tickets, but I can't find them in my SeatGeek account. The confirmation message states that the tickets have been accepted, but I need guidance on how to retrieve them. Minute Maid Park's policy does not display tickets directly in the SeatGeek account. I need to check my email and search for a transfer email with specific keywords like "Texas Rangers at Houston Astros," "Sat, Jul 24, [redacted] at 6:10PM," "[redacted] and 9," "Sent You Tickets," or "Accept Tickets." The transfer email, not from SeatGeek, will provide instructions to create an account on another ticketing platform. To access the tickets, I must use my [redacted] email address during the account setup process.

I wanted to share my experience regarding purchasing tickets for a Luke Combs concert in Houston, TX, which was scheduled for April [redacted]. I made a payment of $[redacted].75 on October 17, [redacted], but due to the concert being rescheduled multiple times, I have not received a refund or accessed my tickets. Unlike my refunded rodeo tickets for the canceled [redacted] event, I believe I should still have access to my Luke Combs concert tickets since it was rescheduled and not canceled. I am seeking assistance in either obtaining a refund or accessing the tickets. For further communication, please reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I encountered difficulty with the SeatGeek website due to my "device not being recognized." My Moto G phone, only 6 years old, is now considered obsolete for modern apps. Even the MLB site had the same issue, where my tickets were sent. It's frustrating not being able to purchase tickets at the dugout in SF or obtain paper tickets. Having to deal with excessive fees and technological obstacles is absurd! Despite the SeatGeek representative's assistance, the only suggestion was to use a different phone. My solution is to provide the option for print-out paper tickets. I refuse to borrow someone else's phone or purchase another expensive device just to attend a baseball game nearby.

I purchased tickets for Friday Night SmackDown at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland. After spending nearly 2 hours on the highway due to heavy traffic, we arrived to find all parking lots full. Despite circling around, we couldn't locate a parking spot and had to return home after 9 o'clock. I was disappointed to miss the event, especially since we had Row C [redacted] tickets costing $[redacted]. It's frustrating that we missed out on the matches and lost money due to the traffic and parking situation. I've been looking forward to attending this event, so it's disappointing. I believe a reimbursement is reasonable considering the circumstances. Thank you, Barb Brooks.

I purchased tickets for SmackDown last Friday. We left from section Greek around 6 o'clock but got stuck on the highway for an hour and a half due to heavy traffic. Upon reaching Ontario Street, we faced more congestion. Upon arrival at Rocket Mortgage Field parking garage, we were denied entry because we didn't have a parking pass, something we didn't need previously. We searched unsuccessfully for parking, even at smaller lots. By 8:30, frustrated, we gave up and headed home. We spent $[redacted] on tickets and believe we should receive a refund as we couldn't attend the show. Parking in downtown Cleveland was a nightmare, particularly when multiple events are occurring simultaneously. Missing the wrestling matches downtown has left me extremely disappointed. Thank you, Barb B.

I purchased Elton John tickets on July 4, [redacted], and paid with Discover. Despite being informed that the tickets were sent, I have not received them a month later. I contacted a SeatGeek agent who claimed the tickets were delivered but they weren't. Now I am unable to reach anyone for assistance regarding this issue. Discover mentioned that SeatGeek stated I could access e-tickets in my account to print them out, but unfortunately, they are not available. I have attempted to contact SeatGeek via email multiple times with no response. My order number is 6P2-7V7ZGPV. I request either the tickets promptly or a refund. I prefer a traditional email delivery method over the phone procedure. - Betty Miller

Due to the side effects of my anxiety and depression medication, I've been experiencing forgetfulness. I recall purchasing MLB Cubs game tickets for either the 13th or 15th of August through Seat Geeks, but I can't access my account. Upon checking my usual email, I couldn't find any emails from Seat Geeks. After contacting my bank, I confirmed a charge of $[redacted].32 on July 12 for 2 tickets. I'm worried that I may have entered the wrong email address during the purchase. I need assistance since the event is approaching, and I'm unsure how to proceed. I'd appreciate it if someone could verify if my email, [redacted], is correct, or provide guidance on how to retrieve my tickets.

I was contacted by SeatGeek after receiving a confirmation number for my Bonnaroo ticket. Erik from SeatGeek informed me that I received the wrong ticket and needed to return it before my proper one was sent. I returned the ticket via UPS, but have not heard back from Erik or SeatGeek. My order appears fulfilled on the app, but I have not received my correct ticket. When can I expect confirmation that my ticket is on the way? My order number is 6P2-G68M5LJ and the tracking number for the returned ticket is 1Z4E[redacted][redacted] via UPS. Thank you for your assistance.

I am seeking a refund for The Rolling Stones tickets I bought from SeatGeek. On February 10, [redacted], I purchased (2) Rolling Stones concert tickets for a total of $[redacted].64 (Order # 6P2-EZ56GLD). The concert was initially set for May 16, [redacted], at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN. Due to the pandemic in March [redacted], it was “postponed” until October 24, [redacted]. I am unable to attend the new date for medical reasons after a year and a half of waiting. Charlie Watts, the band’s drummer, has also left the band for health reasons since the rescheduling. I only wanted to see The Rolling Stones, not replacements. SeatGeek is now telling me to attend or resell the tickets, but they are mobile tickets that can't be sold until 24 hours before the event. According to SeatGeek’s terms, I can't resell them. I want a refund based on the Buyer's Guarantee from February 10, [redacted], not a credit for a future event I don't want to attend.

Hello, I bought 3 tickets for Dan and Shay at John Paul Jones in Virginia before COVID. The concert was rescheduled to Sept 10. My daughter posted 2 tickets for sale on Seat Geek, but I haven't received payment and the tickets are still in my Ticketmaster account. There may be 1 ticket remaining for sale based on an email from Seat Geek. The details for that ticket are: Dan + Shay with The Band Camino on Sept 11 at 7 PM in SECTION FL1, ROW D, SEAT 15. I need to confirm if we still own the tickets, how many are still for sale, and if payment was made for the ones sold. I am selling the tickets now as I am not near the arena. Your prompt assistance is appreciated. Regards, J. Frendo.

I purchased a GA floor ticket for the Chelsea QuinnXVII concert on Sunday, September 5. I got an email saying my order was processing. The venue advised me to visit the box office because my ticket couldn't be scanned. The box office staff mentioned they prefer TicketMaster over SeatGeek, as they have had issues with SeatGeek before. They allowed me to obtain a new TicketMaster stadium seating ticket so I could enter the event with a new scan code. I attached a photo of the TicketMaster ticket I used to enter. Could you please verify that the SeatGeek ticket was not scanned and issue a refund? Thank you.

I bought two tickets for Phoebe Bridgers on 9/19/[redacted], advertised as GA Floor, only to receive GA Lawn tickets. The discrepancy is significant as they are not the same area of the venue. The seller's listing wrongly labeled them, and I have proof with a screenshot showing GA Floor. I noticed other lawn seats labeled correctly and sold at a lower price for the event. Had I wanted lawn seats, I would have chosen them intentionally. The seller still has tickets marked as GA Floor, but upon checkout, they turn out to be GA Lawn. I am not interested in the lawn seats and request a refund promptly. Thank you.

Hello! I bought 2 tickets for my daughter's 17th birthday in May to see the Harry Styles concert with her best friend who's been hospitalized. Originally planned for Philly on Sept 17th, we now need to switch to DC on Sept 18th due to medical reasons. We've tried contacting SeatGeek to exchange the $[redacted].84 tickets but can't as they are not uploaded yet. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
