we purchased * tickets to Tyler Childer concert for a Christmas present. He has cancelled his concerts. we received a credit on the account for future purchase. We have not need to purchase any tickets within the next year. We would like a cash refund on our credit account. I understand this is a unfortunate situation that has happened but we would appreciate a refund. Our children has NO desire to attend a event in the future.*Thank you *Penny White
