Hello, I am new to purchasing tickets on SeatGeek. Yesterday, I bought a total of 6 tickets - 4 for my family and 2 for my husband and me. While I promptly received the 2 tickets for our couple, I am still waiting for the 4 family tickets. My order is confirmed, and it mentions that the tickets will be sent, but they have not arrived yet. I completed the purchase around 7 pm Central Time last night. I understand it might take up to 24 hours, but I just want to ensure that the tickets are on their way. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Janie

I recently purchased four tickets for the Celine Dion concert at the Prudential Center on March 8th using two separate transactions on the same credit card but on different dates. I have received the PDF file for all tickets, but I have not noticed any pending transactions on my credit card statement. The first transaction was completed a few days ago, and the second one was made this morning. I would appreciate any guidance on this matter. Thank you.

I wasn't aware that using the Send function on my iPhone app would remove the tickets from my device. I intended to share them with others in my group for reference, not transfer ownership. I initially had 4 seats/tickets, but now I only see 2 left after sending 2 seats to another person. I need the tickets back on my phone app. The 2 seats that were sent (seat #s 5 & 6) show as pending. The tickets in question were sent to my wife's email. Order # 6P2-5LKY238. Please assist me with this issue. You can contact me at [redacted].

I was charged more than three times the actual price for my seats. I am not seeking a refund, but I kindly request better seats that are more appropriate for the price paid. This situation is quite frustrating and overwhelming for my finances as I am making every effort to take my daughter to this concert for her 15th birthday. The additional charge was unreasonably high. This was my initial encounter with SeatGeek, and it has been the most disappointing experience I have had. I look forward to hearing from you.

I purchased tickets for the Justin Bieber concert in Nashville on July 11, which has been relocated to a new venue. Last week, SeatGeek informed me that my tickets would be automatically transferred. Unfortunately, I have now been informed that I can only receive a refund instead. Ticket prices have increased by over $[redacted], and I am seeking alternative options to retain my tickets rather than having to repurchase at a higher cost.

I bought Celtic Women concert tickets through SEAT GEEK. Unfortunately, their U.S. tour got canceled. I've tried reaching out via email, but haven't heard back. I even consulted a lawyer who mentioned that due to the tour cancellation, I should receive a refund. Still no response from SEAT GEEK. I warned them about filing a claim in small claims court if I don't get my money back. If it comes to that, they'll need to send a lawyer to defend against a judgment. I hope they refund me rather than going to court.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the 4 tickets my husband and I purchased as a birthday gift for our grandchildren for the 4/14/20 5:00pm performance in Manhattan. Due to Covid19, the show was canceled. We are yet to receive any information about a refund ($[redacted]) for the tickets. I recently came across information stating that Seat Geek may not be facilitating refunds for canceled shows. I hope this is not the case. Considering our ages of 72 and 77, my husband and I are in the "vulnerable" group, and safety measures are crucial for us. I am uncertain when it will be safe for us to attend events due to social distancing guidelines. I am optimistic that a vaccine will be available soon. Could you please provide me with details about the refund policy to help me understand the process better? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sandy R. [redacted] Sent from my iPhone

I am a 76-year-old who purchased two tickets to "The Price is Right" in Champagne, IL. Unfortunately, the program was cancelled due to the virus. I have contacted you multiple times but have not received a refund on my card. Since I cannot predict my health due to my cancer, which is the traveling kind, I am unable to schedule another program to attend. Losing this money would be a significant burden for me. I am simply requesting my refund to be processed back to my card. Once I am able to find a program I can attend, I will make a new booking. I am hopeful to hear about my refund soon. If I do not receive it, I will seek assistance from the state's attorney. This whole situation is disappointing and challenging to deal with. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Linda L. Mars.

In January [redacted], I purchased tickets for baseball games for three different teams - the Orioles, Phillies, and the Nationals. Unfortunately, due the COVID-19 pandemic, our plans were canceled. I am seeking a refund to my American Express card for these tickets because relocating to Oregon will make attending these games impossible in the future. I noticed a refund for the Orioles game was credited to my Seatgeek account, but I have not received any information regarding the other two games. The order numbers are: 6P2-VK49V8, 6P2-NRM7ZR2, 6P2-9KEY466. Your assistance in processing these refunds would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Michael Mullen.

I purchased tickets for the Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison, Joan Jett concert in Philadelphia on August 15th. Since the event is either canceled or postponed due to Covid-19, I would like to request a refund for the tickets. In these uncertain times, my family's financial situation is a concern, and we need the money now rather than waiting for a rescheduled date. We planned our schedule around the original concert date, and any potential future dates do not work for us. It is unfair for customers to bear the burden of selling tickets when events are not held as scheduled, especially amid the ongoing uncertainties related to the pandemic and social distancing guidelines.

Hello, I received an email on July 10, [redacted], informing me that my event was cancelled. My order number was [redacted]. The email mentioned a [redacted]% credit for another ticket or venue purchase, with an option to request a refund within 7 days. After contacting support, I received a standard response regarding Covid-19 and was advised to wait for further instructions via email. However, upon revisiting the message, the contact information linking me to the response is missing. I prefer a refund to my MasterCard instead of a credit on my account. I am looking for guidance on reaching out to SeatGeek customer support. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Pamela W. Summerhays

I bought tickets for the Cubs-Nationals MLB game on April 18, [redacted]. The order number is 6P2-QVJ4V6P. I've been attempting for four months to get a $[redacted].16 refund for this canceled event. I don't want a credit for future events; I want the $[redacted].16 refunded to the credit card I used for the purchase. Your website guarantees a full refund for canceled events, and I expect you to uphold this promise. I've exchanged emails with SeatGeek Support, specifically with David, who assured me of a refund on July 4. A month has passed, and still no refund. Please process the refund promptly. I won't give up until I have my $[redacted].16 back.

I bought two tickets for the Brooks & Dunn concert in Pittsburgh scheduled for August 24th through SeatGeek in February. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the show got canceled. SeatGeek sent me an email offering a credit for the ticket value plus 10% for a future event instead of a refund. I recently lost my only source of income and now need the refunded amount back on my card rather than a credit. At the moment, I require the funds for essential expenses like bills, gas for job hunting, and other necessities. I am not interested in future events right now, so I am appealing to receive a refund instead of a credit.

I purchased tickets through Seat Geek for the October 17th game at Bryant-Denny Stadium, Alabama versus Georgia Bulldogs. The tickets are for Lower Level G, Row 1. I am contacting to inquire about the delivery of these tickets since they were from a Season ticket holder and I paid $2,[redacted].88. Could you please let me know when they will be mailed? Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Bonnie Werner

My husband, who is 76 and has health issues, and I purchased Brad Paisley tickets from SeatGeek for a concert at the WinStar Casino for our Christmas present. The event has been postponed, and SeatGeek notified us that our tickets are still valid for the rescheduled date. However, we are unsure if we can make the new date due to health and travel concerns. When I requested a refund, SeatGeek explained that since the event is postponed, they can't issue a refund but suggested we sell the tickets to another fan. We are not interested in reselling the tickets and are disappointed that we may not get our $[redacted].50 refunded. Despite attempts to access the tickets on our phone, we have had difficulty, and SeatGeek's customer service responses have been unhelpful and confusing. We feel misled and frustrated by the situation.

Hello, I need guidance on retrieving tickets I recently purchased. The email I received requires me to search for a transfer email with specific keywords but I have not found it yet. I would appreciate help in locating the tickets as I am unsure how long it will take to receive the email. Thank you for your assistance. S.C.

On December 30, [redacted], I bought six tickets totaling $[redacted].62 through Seatgeek for the LA Galaxy versus Toronto FC MLS match at BMO Field on April 18, [redacted]. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the match and the entire MLS season got postponed. The MLS resumed with the MLS is Back tournament and just released the final season schedule culminating in the MLS Cup on December 12, [redacted]. Canadian teams are not playing in Canada but in the US due to travel restrictions, and LA Galaxy won't play at Toronto FC this season according to the revised schedule. I've confirmed the cancellation of this game on the MLS website and through direct communication with BMO Stadium. These circumstances entitle me to a refund from Seatgeek. Despite multiple emails providing evidence of the cancellation, Seatgeek customer service still insists the game is postponed and refuses to refund my money.

I bought tickets for Shen Yun in April [redacted] in Seattle. The event was postponed until December [redacted], which has now been canceled altogether for [redacted]. Shen Yun refunded those who purchased directly through them, but Seat Geek has not refunded me yet. They are still showing the event as happening, and I'm concerned they may keep postponing to avoid refunds.

I bought 2 tickets for the Foo Fighters show at Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, OH on February 22 for $[redacted].16. Originally scheduled for May 14th, it was rescheduled to Oct. 13th due to Covid. However, on Aug 19th, I received an email stating they applied a [redacted]% credit instead of a full refund as per the buyer guarantee in case of cancellation. I paid $[redacted] and I prefer a full refund over a credit.

My fiancé and I bought tickets to 98 Rockfest to see Shinedown and Halestorm. Unfortunately, the show has been canceled twice. We had amazing seats, and it was meant to be a special surprise for my fiancé. Now, everything has been canceled because of COVID-19. I've been attempting to contact SeatGeek for a refund, but it has been challenging, and I keep getting the run-around. Can someone help me with the process of getting a refund from SeatGeek?
