The issue in GetHuman-jolrosen's own words
I just purchased Chicago Cubs tickets for the April **th game. When I purchased them it said they were the **** tickets (which are the all you can eat and drink tickets). The seller just delivered the tickets, and they are not what was represented. The seller said this must be an app glitch and that this has happened before to previous customers. I then went into the app to see if I could find this same issue...which I did. If for instance you click on the same seats I purchased on May *th, section ** row **, it titles them as "All Star Club **** **, row **." These are not represented correctly, so either you are at fault misrepresenting this to Buyers or you are allowing sellers to post false information. Either way, I am not getting what was represented and it's your website that isn't displaying accurate information. I have screenshots to prove this. I would like a full refund. I purchased these for my sister's birthday present, and now the gift is not correct.
