Instead, GetHuman-jjpicini will need to dig through the advice provided by SeatGeek, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I was trying to click on the accept the ticket link but nothing would work my money was still taken from my account with no tickets ... I purchased tickets for a Seattle Mariners game on April *st. I got email confirmation and the tickets were sent to me shortly after by the seller. But there was absolutely no buttons I could press to get access to the tickets it was just a frozen screen on all of my emails over and over again. Trying to make sure I get my money back from the seller
It is frustrating me because you took my money and did not give me any product
Please reimburse me my money for the tickets I never received or somehow get me my tickets
I have an issue with SeatGeek too
