I ordered my tickets online & was told I was going to receive them on the **th after *:** didn’t receive anything and I had to call to make sure I was going to receive them, & they told me to wait, so I waited. Still didn’t get no call, on the **th I called * times through out the day and still no help!!!. Now I was told to drive to downtown to pick them up!?!?!?!?! How does this work then ???? Because I was told it was going to be a certain way & now it was totally changed ????? I’m very very disappointed using this app. Now I know not to ever purchase anything through SeatGeek. I hope y’all get better at helping people get their tickets because it’s not fair!.
