I had trouble accessing my tickets due to your system being down. i finally got in touch via phone with a rep.and told him I did not want the tickets, he said my tickets had been discontinued, not to worry , but i have a charge on my master card, what do i do ?? chip phillips** *****@***.com. *** *** ****
