In early December I bought tickets through you for the Met performance of Tosca on Nov. **. I thought these were to be mailed but you sent them through UPS.**On the package you identified the value as $*** US and I was levied Canadian tax on that value even though the tickets really had NO VALUE in Canada. They were for a performance in NYC. You should have said the value was $*.***I was in touch with Gio of your organization who indicated that SeatGeek had cleared the issue, but yesterday I got a further invoice for $**.** CAN from UPS.***I phoned UPS today and they had a note on file that they were called by SeatGeeks and that you were going to reimburse this cost....but haven't, so I am being billed again.***We have a few weeks to clear this up.
