I received a link for a $20 discount on tickets from my sister via email. Unfortunately, I didn't get the discount when I tried to use it. I have the app installed now, and when I attempt to buy a second set of tickets using the link for the discount, it keeps redirecting me back to the app without applying the credit. I value your service and would like to continue purchasing from your site, especially since the discount was the main reason I visited initially. It would be appreciated if you could honor the offer. I also find it inconvenient that there isn't a phone number for customer support, unlike other ticket brokers whom I can contact anytime. Your prompt response is important to me as I plan to buy more tickets soon, and I may have to explore other options if I don't hear back within a reasonable time. Thank you.

I have an account with ticket sales over $[redacted] in the last month, but none of the proceeds have been deposited. I am concerned about an email from the company requesting my bank account statement. I provided my bank account details through the Saints/SeatGeek account. It would be more efficient to discuss this matter over the phone as I find resolving issues via email time-consuming. I urge the company to provide phone customer support for better assistance.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Evelyn Lema, and I am contacting you regarding the tickets I purchased for the Liverpool vs Manchester City match at Metlife Stadium. Unfortunately, I was unable to enter the stadium on time due to delays with the Long Island Rail Road. My son, a big Liverpool fan, was very disappointed. I paid $[redacted].00 for the tickets but missed the game, which was disheartening. I kindly request a refund as I was unable to enjoy the event I intended to. I even missed the opportunity to take pictures with the players. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund. For any further communication, please reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Warm regards, Evelyn L.

I purchased tickets to two Broadway shows through Seat Geek earlier this year. The prices were more affordable than Telecharge, and the tickets were sent to me via email from Telecharge. However, when I tried to buy tickets for My Fair Lady at Lincoln Center, I wasn't given an option for delivery method. Despite the $[redacted] price per ticket, a $19.95 delivery charge was added. The tickets arrived via FedEx without any alternative. To top it off, each ticket was labeled with a $77 price, doubling the cost to $[redacted] each, resulting in a total charge of $[redacted] on my credit card. My previous positive experience with Seat Geek, thinking it was associated with Telecharge, has left me disappointed, and I'm hesitant to use their service again. Can someone explain what went wrong?

I bought two tickets to Les Miserables for $[redacted] each yesterday at the Orpheum in Memphis, TN. My order number is [redacted]. I initially selected seats in Row J on the orchestra seating chart displayed as an "amazing deal," but after purchasing them, I received balcony tickets instead of orchestra seats. The balcony tickets I now see are $[redacted] cheaper. I believe this confusion may have been caused by a mapping issue on the SeatGeek app, which mistakenly listed balcony seats in the orchestra section. I have reached out to the ticket seller, who directed me back to SeatGeek. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

This is my second request as I did not receive any feedback yesterday. I placed Order # 6P2-K6D9DJ on May 12 for 2 Section [redacted] tickets to the Philadelphia Eagles vs. NY Giants game on Sunday, November 25. Despite receiving an email confirmation from Seat Geek on November 12, stating I would receive a link for the tickets by November 18, I have not received it yet. I would like an update sent to my home email address, [redacted], today as my work email does not accept external emails. Please send the ticket link to my Comcast email today. If there is a delay, please send an email to my Comcast address confirming that the tickets will be sent by Saturday, November 24 at the latest. Thank you.

Hello, In early December, I purchased tickets for the Met performance of Tosca on Nov. 17 through your platform. I initially expected to receive them by mail, but they arrived via UPS instead. The package was labeled with a $[redacted] US value, leading to me being charged Canadian tax unjustly, as the tickets hold no value in Canada, being for a NYC performance. The correct value should have been $0. While I spoke with Gio from your team and was informed that SeatGeek resolved the matter, I unexpectedly received an additional invoice from UPS for $28.29 CAN yesterday. I contacted UPS, and they mentioned a note stating SeatGeek would cover this charge, yet I haven’t received reimbursement yet, resulting in a recurring bill. There is still time to resolve this issue within the coming weeks. Kindly update me on the actions being taken to address this matter. Sincerely, J. Bailey / UPS Inv. no. [redacted]

I purchased tickets through SeatGeek (6P2-7JELZ7), and initially received an email stating my purchase was pending confirmation. Shortly after, I got an email informing me that my tickets were canceled as they had already been bought by someone else. After scrambling to find replacement tickets, I managed to secure 2 tickets for June 30th at 8 PM in section 11, row Y (6P2-8JEMQN). Recently, I got a calendar notification conflicting with the showtime, showing two different times for the event. Clicking the link provided the same confirmation number but with both showtimes listed. I am worried as I haven't received an email regarding these tickets and I am unsure about the ticket source or when to expect further confirmation. I am concerned about potential extra charges or not receiving the tickets at all. Do both tickets belong to the same show, and if so, what is the correct showtime? Are the seat numbers confirmed? Your prompt response is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Christina Raye

I mistakenly purchased tickets for the wrong date for the Penguins vs Kings game. Instead of the 15th of December, which is a Saturday, I accidentally bought tickets for a different event. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a date night, but now it seems ruined. I've been informed that the date cannot be changed, and even if I resell the tickets, I would lose $40. This experience has left me disappointed as a first-time user of the app. I've been redirected between different companies and now hesitate to recommend this service to others. I kindly request to have my tickets changed to the correct date, Saturday against the Kings, instead of Friday for the Bruins game.

I purchased three tickets through SeatGeek for a Tommy Emmanuel concert on December 12, [redacted]. I was informed the tickets would be available at will call at the Cascade Theater in Redding, CA. Upon arrival, the venue indicated that there were no tickets under my name. Disappointed and frustrated, I had to purchase tickets again directly from the venue to attend the show. I feel let down by SeatGeek and demand a full refund. Although SeatGeek processed the payment swiftly, I have not received any response from them. This experience was distressing, and it seems like SeatGeek may have a history of such issues as the Cascade Theater staff provided me with a letter detailing their concerns. It was truly embarrassing to realize I may have been scammed and robbed of my money in this manner.

I was searching for a ticket to the Florida State vs. Louisville basketball game on February 9. I received results for a bundle of three tickets, and when I tried to look up the location of the seats, the app automatically purchased the tickets without confirming the $[redacted] transaction, which I did not intend to make. Now I'm left with three tickets that I am unable to sell. As a financially strapped college student, I am very frustrated with how this app unexpectedly cost me a significant amount of money. I would appreciate speaking to someone regarding a refund. My username is jonas-rees if you need to verify the authenticity of my claims. Thank you.

I contacted SeatGeek on Friday night and spoke with an agent named Jacques. He was kind, but he needed to escalate my issue and promised to call back. My concern is related to Order #6P2-D65QD9. My name is Steffany J. After a long drive with my kids, we found out the concert was canceled 15 minutes before we arrived due to Travis Scott's illness. The hotel connected to the venue said they couldn't refund us. Jacques empathized with my situation and promised a refund, but no one has reached out since. I need the refund as I can't attend the rescheduled date on March 10 due to surgery. It's been tough since my husband's passing, and this event was supposed to bring joy to my kids amidst our grief. Please refund the money within 24 hours to avoid further action.

I recently purchased two tickets for the Darioush concert on March 9, [redacted], priced at $[redacted].55 each. When I bought them, your website listed them as Orchestra Center Right seats. However, upon printing the tickets, I discovered they are located in Orchestra Right, a different and inferior section. I kindly request that you either provide me with the seats I was initially promised or issue a full refund and cancel the tickets. My order number is 6P2-KDRRRP. My name is S.S., reachable at [redacted] or [redacted] I believe it is fair to receive what was originally advertised. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I hope you are well. I recently bought tickets for the Brit Floyd concert happening at the Taft Theatre in Cincinnati, OH. The event is on Fri, Apr 12, at 8 pm, and I have seats in Orchestra 3, Row J. However, when I tried to access more information about the tickets using my flip phone, only a long link appeared. I am unsure of what to do next. Can someone please assist me? Thank you. [redacted]

I purchased two tickets for an Orioles vs. Red Sox game as a Christmas present for my brother and father. In February, I received the tickets and sent them to my father. Unfortunately, my father, who has relapsed in his recovery, is now unreachable. I need assistance in retrieving the tickets so I can give them to my brother instead. I don't want him to miss out on the gift due to our father's actions. Thank you for your help.

I purchased Boston Celtics tickets, and even after receiving a confirmation, I faced issues accepting them. Seatgeek charged me $[redacted], but I have not received the tickets after two days. Their broker hasn't responded, and I find this very frustrating. I believe Seatgeek should take responsibility for this problem if it involves Ticketmaster. I am considering purchasing from Ace or StubHub instead if this isn't resolved promptly. The order number is 6P2-5L5GRMM. Despite polite customer service over the phone, no progress has been made. I hope the founders and shareholders address this promptly.

I purchased two tickets for the 76ers versus Bulls game on April 10 at 8 pm for section [redacted], row AA. Unfortunately, I was charged twice, received no tickets, and was only refunded for one transaction. I got an email saying they couldn't process my order due to the seats being taken, but since I was charged, it's unclear if the purchase went through. The order number for both transactions is jppmz2. This was intended as a birthday gift for my boyfriend's 40th, and with dinner and a hotel already booked, this situation is stressful. I'm disappointed as a first-time customer. If a refund is the solution, I can buy tickets elsewhere. My name is Jordan Gimbor, and as there's no contact number provided, please get in touch with me quickly to resolve this situation.

I recently bought Chicago Cubs tickets for the game on April 11th. The tickets were advertised as the special [redacted] tickets for all-you-can-eat and drink. However, upon receiving them, they were not as described. The seller attributes this to a repeated app glitch. I checked the app myself and can confirm the issue when selecting seats for a different date. The tickets were not accurately labeled. This discrepancy is on your website, whether from misrepresentation or sellers posting inaccurate details. I have evidence with screenshots. I am disappointed as I purchased these tickets as a birthday gift for my sister, and now they are not what I expected. I am requesting a full refund for this misleading purchase.

Hello, we purchased tickets and made arrangements months ago for family to meet us from out of town as a gift for our niece. The tickets were confirmed yesterday, but today we were informed that they are no longer available. This sudden change is unprofessional and unacceptable. Just two days before the event, we demand a resolution and better tickets for our niece. It's disappointing that this situation has occurred, especially with hotel rooms already booked and everyone traveling. Please rectify this situation promptly.
