I bought two tickets to Les Miserables for $*** each yesterday at the Orpheum in Memphis, TN. Order number ********. I clicked on the orchestra seating chart and saw seats in Row J for this price and listed the tickets as “amazing deal”. I purchased the tickets from that section and then received * balcony tickets to that show. I was mislead into thinking that the tickets I purchased were in the orchestra, because these are the tickets to the balcony, not the orchestra. The average balcony tickets I’m looking at now are $*** less than the tickets that I purchased. Please help me resolve this issue as I believe it was due to a mapping issue on the seat geek app, in which balcony seats were listed in the orchestra section that I selected. I have contacted the company selling the tickets, who have informed me that this is a seat geek issue. Thank you. My number is ***-***-****. Please call me at any time.
