I got a link for $** off tickets sent to my email from my sister. I guess I didn’t do things in the right order, and didn’t get the $** off. Now I have the app downloaded, and when I try to use the link to purchase a *nd set of tix, and use the $** off with those, it just takes me around and around in circles back to the app & won’t give me credit. I’d really like to continue doing business with you guys, as I do like your site, but I think this should be homered, as it was the reason I initially bought from you in the *st place-basically the only reason I came to your site was because of this incintive deal for obtaining new customers. Thanks. Also, I think it’s really poor rate for you guys not to have a phone contact. Every other ticket broker I’ve ever bought from is open * days a week, pretty much all day long, with the exception of very early morning hours. Thanks. Please get back to me on this ASAP, as I am wanting to purchase more tickets, and I will do it elsewhere if you can’t get back to me in a reasonable timeframe.
