I bought a new refrigerator on ******** from my Local Sears store in Ottawa, KS *****. I bought the extended warranty at the same time on the same receipt for a grand total of $***.** I put this amount on my Chase Visa card. Fast forward to ********. The refrigerator is now not working. I called several Sears phone numbers and have talked to several Sears employees who can NOT find my extended warranty information. They put me on hold, transfer my call, and hang up on me. They do not call back. My problem has not been resolved.
