En **** compr* un combo kenmore de lavadora y secadora para condominio. Ese mismo a*o en abril tuvo que ser reparada pero estaba en garant*a. hace dos meses nuevamente se da**. Llam* a Servicio Sears y el arreglo cuesta $*** lo que resulta imposible que yo pueda pagar. No considero justo que un equipo nuevo y caro se da*e a los meses de haberse comprado. El t*cnico que fue a reparar dijo "que esos equipos vinieron con problemas de cabler*a '' cito. En vista de eso desear*a que me reparen el equipo libre de costoo me lo sustituyan por otro. Soy cliente de Sears de toda la vida. Todos mis enseres hasta el m*s peque*o es de Sears. Compro por su trato y honradez y lo bueno que salen los equipos. Yo apelo a su buena voluntad y a su buen servicio, no puedo comprar un equipo nuevo ni puedo pagar el costo de la reparaci*n. Necesito su ayuda de siempre.
