I have had * refrigerators in the last year and I am waiting on the approval of the *th refrigerator that should be today due to a parts issue. The refrigerators that I have had are lemons and they were all Kenmore. I spoke to a representative last Friday and that was the **th day for me to wait for my *th replacement Refrigerator . It has gotten ridiculous and on top of everything Sears hasn’t once offered me anything for my troubles. This will be * refrigerators , * returned refrigerators, * times I have had to unload a refrigerator and freezer, * times I have had to adjust my schedule for a refrigerator . This was a gift for my mother and this is extremely embarrassing as a son . I just called and was told that the decision hasn’t been made yet and that it will be another **-** hours. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I don’t feel like a valued customer and that I am being bullied by Sears . I want answers , something worth my while for my troubles and the solution !!!! My name is John Kontoyianis ***-***-**** . New case ******** this number was issued today ***-**-****. The previous case * ******* .
