Order: ************On ********** I bought multiple Christmas presents on Sears. I have never been an eBay customer, but I did see that Sears was selling eBay items which I was okay with as I trust the items are real and will be delivered to my sister’s address which I provided to Sears. However, * of the items never arrived. Unfortunately, later I found that what I purchased wasn’t just late, but may not even exist: ** - Target NEW Toddler Koala Jumpsuit dress up Costume Size **-** Months Gray** - Fakeface Womens Mens Indoor Warm Fleece Slippers, Cute Cartoon Winter Soft Fuzzy Slip-on**I called Sears on Saturday ********. I was told to call Ebay. I called Ebay, eBay said they cannot help me. It first took awhile for Ebay to locate the order:. The item numbers provided by Sears did not correspond to the order*item numbers (they appeared to be all jumbled up) with Ebay, and they said an account was opened in my sister’s name instead of mine even though I bought the objects. Neither my sister nor I have ever been Ebay members. The Ebay representative said that the Koala jumpsuit didn’t exist, and that they have been out of stock for at least * months so Sears should have never advertised it. For the second item Fleece Slippers they could not find any record that an order even placed. They requested that I call Sears back to sort through the confusion and get a refund.**I called Sears back, and the Sears representative immediately told me to call Ebay. I explained what happened above - the representative said they could not help me, but that they would open an investigation and that I would receive notice within ** hours.**On Monday ******** - I received an email from Sears regarding the concern instructing me to "In regard to order **********, we have received you request and we would like to inform you that contact E- Bay team, I really appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.” So nothing was resolved. Contacting Ebay leads to the same information I provided to Sears originally, and I paid you to provide the items advertised on you website (regardless if you have a contract with Ebay or not, it is your responsibility to ensure the items are delivered)**I contacted Sears again on ********, this time through the online chat. Once again the representative said they cannot help me resolve this issue, but that they would open yet another investigation and that I would be contacted within **-** hours. This time I have not heard anything back. I have spent hours trying resolve this issue and have gotten nowhere with your customer service.**My request is very simple: I either get a full refund for items or the items are delivered to my sister’s address within a week. If Sears fails to deliver the items or provide a refund I will seek meditation through the BBB and*or file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.**Sincerely, **Luis Richter
