Hello Last summer I put in a call for repair on a freezer. My warranty had expired. The person I talked to said that I could get a new warranty for $***.**. He never said a thing about a recurring warranty being charged to me every month. I did not authorize any such thing therefore, and would not have if he had ever mentioned it.** From July through Oct. I was charged **.** each month for a "recurring warranty". Now I was having some health issues at the time so did not get around to trying to have things corrected until about * weeks ago. **At that time I was told I would be sent a paper in the mail to sign regarding all this. I never got it.*With a *nd call I was told that the paper work would come by today. It's not here.**There was a second issue. A partial refund is due me because I cancelled the repair on the freezer, since I found a way to fix it myself. I was told * weeks ago that I would get the refund in about * to * days. That never happened. **Then the person I talked to last week said I would get it in * days. That didn't happen either.*I am very disappointed in Sears.*When will I get my refund of $**.**? When will I get my refund for the * times I was charged, without authorization, for **.**?**One thing that troubles me is that there seems to be one delay after another for no reason. Why do I have to wait around for some paper to sign and then wait around while it is mailed back? Couldn't it all be done by email?** Sears has the data showing I never authorized any monthly charges. I should just get my money back ASAP for both the refund and the unauthorized "recurring monthly charge", quickly. That is how I would like this issue to be resolved.
