The issue in GetHuman-bkrscarl's own words
I called customer service for service on a sears dryer. I was told that they could not come out for a week or so. I told them I could not wait that long, the lady I was talking to then said she could get me to an overflow (third party) for a sooner date. A man came out and did something to the dryer said it was fixed . He had no paperwork etc. did not have a Sears shirt on. The lady had asked me for a credit * before she could send someone out.*When I asked the man about how Would it be billed, he said they did not give them (the worker) any information and I would be getting an email receipt. I did not get any.*But $*** was charged on my credit card.*A week later I tried using my dryer and it did not work. I then called Customer service and they found no information etc that anyone came out, they found my request and date I called the first time. The Sears man that came out THIS time said they (Sears had no third party they use for repairs.) This man was * actually from Sears. They could not honor the "** day warranty"*because it was in fact "A Fraud".*I have contested the charge on my *credit card and the bank will look into this. You need to know that you have a person in your customer service Dept that is making money on phony accounts . I have the charge address etc. information if you want me to send it to you.
