I have a washer under your protection agreement plan, I have been loyal customer for ** years. My current protection plan for * appliances including the washer. On ** July, the repairman came out to repair. He informed it was irrepairable because the basket was rusted out. He said the warrenty did not cover rust and to talk to his office. I called and they sent out a repairman of ** Jul for a *nd opinion. I did hear from anyone. I called again and they said they would get back to me by the *th of *August. I am still waiting. I have talked to several people who put me on hold to talk to right department. I am not frustrated and unhappy. I need my washer. Are you going to replace my washer, if not are you going to refund the part of the warrenty for the washer, are apply it to the new washer? *why am I having no assistance from your company.
