We bought a refrigerator in march ****. We noticed that it wouldn't cool at the top and would freeze at the bottom of the refrigerator side. We tried contacting sears in June of **** to get it fixed bit we were rold that the warranty had expired. Its gotten worse over the last year so we had a technician xome and fiz it. He discovered that the refrigerator was losing the heater. It was determined that sears sold us a refrigerator that was defective from the beginning. We're asking sears to replace the defective refrigerator with a new one that actually works ans isn't defective.
