We have a refrigerator we purchased w*service agreement. We called and reported that it was not working. A week later service man came and said that the compressor needed to be replaced. It would be about * weeks. Then we got an email that said to call ***-***-**** when I called that number * times I was told that number was no longer in service, then l was told that the appointment was rescheduled for May **nd. Today my wife was notified that the appointment had been canceled and we should reschedule again. This mess is unacceptable. Have been on hold for over a half hour twice today. What the **** is going on?

This has to be a joke! I was on hold for well over a half hour twice.gave up disgusted. I have waited for weeks and keep getting the appointments postponed. Called, emailed, and still waiting to hear from the people who were going to call back “first thing in the morning”. Nothing but being ignored. **** will be frozen over for centuries before spend another penny at Sears
