The notes should have the whole story because this issue has been ongoing but my aunt Nila bought the chair after hip surgery, it came damaged, she re-broke her hip and was in the hospital for two months. During that time, we picked up the chair at her residence and it got sent back to GWG Outlet. They weren't willing to take it back but Sears Customer Service arranged with Fed Ex to have it returned and it was. Discover is the credit card used for chair and they have paid the manufacturer who is refusing to return the money to Nila because it was over ** days. Even if that was their policy, we tried in that time frame and I believe they should take the fact that she was hospitalized during that time into account and that the chair came with the arm fabric NOT sewn in! I expect Sears to stand behind their product and so far this has not happened. I have been assured by customer service that the refund will happen but nothing so far. I have given them all contact info. Can you tell me when this refund will be issued? Discover is expecting Nila to pay on a chair that she doesn't have! Nila is still ailing and is not capable of dealing with this.
