Five items ordered by * technitions, with different diagnoses, were to be picked up by UPS today. We have ordered a new washer*dryer combo. It will be delivered on April **,****. We have * boxes sitting on our patio waiting to be picked up. My husband, Elmo Meroney, has made multiple calls, has been switched to a multiplicity of different. There is no communication between departments. Non k ow what the other is doing. We had to call *** at **:**, midnight, Sunday night. My husband has a heart issue. The paramedics could barely get the gurney through the door. Could have resulted In a lawsuit had the worst happened. PLEASE have these * boxes picked up pronto.
