I purchased a craftsman weed wacker in June of ****. Model* ***.******. I had it repaired twice under warranty and I have repaired the same issue (pull start) several times since the warranty. *I have been a Sears customer for many years but this is my last effort to resolve this before I stop shopping at Sears.**I tried to handle this via phone and here is what happened:**I recently called Sears about my Craftsman weed wacker (purchased June ****) which has had perpetual issues and been repaired twice under the warranty and several times since the warranty expired. The first agent took ** minutes to get my address and was unable to get it correct so I asked to be transferred. This resulted in me being disconnected. *I called back and the agent transferred me to Craftsman who said Sears would have to handle it. *I called Sears a third time and the agent (Raven) was friendly but said Sears would not do anything to help. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transferred to Johnni (female) who was not friendly and also said Sears was unwilling to offer any assistance to maintain a customer.*I requested a replacement but also said I would settle for any kind of credit to help me buy a new weed wacker at Sears. She refused.*I hope Sears is not willing to lose a long time customer over a single issue.
I would like a replacement or a credit to purchase a new one.
