The issue in GetHuman-dsreagan's own words
Purchased Kenmore refrigerator in December **** and delivered on January **,****. On March **, **** refrigerator*freezer stopped getting cold, called Sears repair and a technician came out on March **th and stated the refrigerator needed a new compressor because the units are now made in Korea for specs of ** volts instead of US requirements of *** volts, therefore they burn out in * months. The tech ordered a total of * parts in which * of the * were delivered on April *nd. I am still waiting on the forth part and called Sears customer service twice and than customer solutions twice also and was told the part is available and the parts department will contact me within ** hours to let me know when the part will arrive. No call still, so I called cust. solutions again today and was told the same thing. My wife is diabetic and has to have her insulin refrigerated and have been without a refrigerator for ** days now. I just want to know when the part will be sent out and delivered to our home.*Case * ****** Douglas ***-***-****
