My Kenmore Pro Series refrigerator -- * years old -- completely died ** days ago. I have extended warranty. It took * days to get a repairman to the house. He confirmed that the compressor was bad and ordered a new one, making an appointment for a week later. Now I'm being told that one of the parts that was ordered has not shipped and they will call me (sometime) to schedule a new appointment. Maybe another week, but they have no idea. If you can't repair it in a reasonable time, replace it now. * weeks without a refrigerator is unacceptable. Repair order number ***************.
