To Whom it may concern:**I purchased a Kenmore Elite Fridge in November **** i spent over $**** and now after just * yrs the fridge compressor needs to be changed. This is absurd that a *yr old fridge dies suddenly. However the technician came to the house on Thursday March **, **** from *-** while he was on the phone ordering the new compressor i overheard him scheduling my appointment for this Thursday March **, **** from *-* i had told him that that time was not working for me and he said ::* Don't worry when you receive the part just call us and we will change your appointment to an earlier date or time.*I have been with no fridge since March ** this sunday will be * weeks with no fridge and i have a *yr old boy that i've been sending him over my parents house to sleep since he drinks milk at night and i have no fridge where to keep the milk.*I've been trying to change the appointment since Monday March ** and the only thing that they know how to say is if you want i can give you A LATER DATE??????????????????????????**Can somebody please contact me with a little humanity please .
