The complete lack of customer service and information on technician appointments is unacceptable. This is the second time I've had a technician appt and the information provided doesn't match up with what is actually happening. The appt was scheduled from *AM-**PM. I received an automated text from Sears saying the technician saying the tech is on the way. * hours later he is still not here. I call and am told the tech is at another location and will call when he is on the way. This puts tech outside of appt window. The person on the phone says the appt window is *AM-*PM. That is not what I was told nor what the email I have says. I am not provided any way to contact the tech nor do I have any information about when he will actually come. My previous appts with techs had them not show up at all and then randomly schedule appts without even speaking to me. I have paid a significant amount of money for these warranties on my appliances and I deserve accurate and timely information about these appointments. I have taken off work or rearranged my schedule to be home for them. This is a huge inconvenience and incredibly frustrating for me. I would like a refund on the warranty I purchased as the service I am receiving is not worth what I paid.
