Home **** ***-****. Sears has been sending technicians to our home for over a year. Our refrigerator has been leaking water into the unit freezer and refrigerator area for over a year. We've had multiple technicians, not exaggerating about ** different visits for the same issue. We spoken to numerous customer service representative and we even were given * service *'s (sccm*wjf*l-* the next one -* and the last one -*. I work for Home Depot and if we go to a customer house at least * times for the same issue and it's not resolved we replaced the unit. It had been over a year with this same issue, over ** different visits and several parts replaced multiple times. Please help. We haven't asked for reimbursement for spoiled food. Again please help.
