Hi my name is Julie Marquez and I’ve been a very faithful customer until Sunday *******. I went to the Whittier location in the whittwood town center and didnt notice that the store closed at *pm. I hurried to a register after being told the registers were being closed at *. I had a very important purchased and need the items for the next morning for my family’s funeral. I got to a register and was told that they all were closed now. It was *:**pm. The lady just smiled and didn’t even apologized. I couldn’t believe it. I have never been in a store that closed the registers before all the customers left. Usually the doors are locked so more people don’t enter. I was very upset and disappointed in SEARS. Only one minute after *pm and I can’t make a $*** purchase. Maybe these employees need better training in customer service. I wasted so much time and effort for stuff they didn’t allow me to purchase.
