Credit card statement shows $***.** charges and a **.** credit for expidited charges from Sears Roebuck, Texas.*********** Had to pay to have my refrigerator fixed, could not wait on parts any longer.********** Sears Partsdirect e-mail says my ********* order *W****** has shipped.********** Called Sears Partsdirect *-***-***-****, told them the delay was so long I already hired someone to repair my refrigerator. I no longer needed the parts and needed to return them for a refund. ********** Sears Partsdirect parts return shipping label received via e-mail. Return * PDR-***************** Sears Partsdirect ********* order * W****** package received via UPS.********** Sears Partsdirect parts return shipping label for parts Return * PDR-******* of order * W****** applied to package of parts and dropped off at UPS.********** UPS tracking number shows Sears Partsdirect returned parts Return * PDR-******* of order * W****** were delivered to Sears returned parts center in Dallas, Texas. They said they would check into it.*********** Called Sears Partsdirect *-***-***-**** Sales and *-***-***-**** Customer relations about not receiving returned parts credit on credit card. They said they were sorry for mistake and it would be processed right away.*********** Called Sears Partsdirect *-***-***-**** Sales and *-***-***-**** Customer relations about not receiving returned parts credit on credit card after such long delay. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would be transfered, no one ever answered. Tried repetedley with same results.*********** Called Sears Partsdirect *-***-***-**** Customer relations about not receiving returned parts credit on credit card. I asked to speak to person in charge and was put on hold that resulted in call terminated after a few minutes.************ I'm trying to get help from you gethuman com to get my Sears Partsdirect refund credit to my credit card.********** I realize that computer glitches and other mistakes can happen, to Sears as well as anyone. I had many good years of ordering products and parts from Sears. This is the only time I ever had a problem with Sears and my orders or refunds.**You ask how I would like for my problem to be resolved. I simply want Sears to check their records of the partsdirect website where my account profile is. There they will find where I placed the order * W****** for * items totaling $***.**, shipping $**.** and sales tax $**.** for a total of $***.** that was charged to my credit card. Because of the expidite shipping delay, they credited*refunded me $**.** back to my credit card on *********. They will find where I no longer needed the * parts items and requested a a parts items return, which they did. ******** Sears Partsdirect parts return RMA shipping label received via e-mail. Return RMA * PDR-******* for the * items in order * W****** with UPS Ground Tracking * *Z *VR *** ** **** ****. Thru the tracking number they will find where the package of * items order * W****** with RMA * PDR-******* was recieved by them at Customer Returns, Sears, **** Roe Street, Dallas, Texas ***** at *:** AM on ********.*On the Sears partsdirect website in my account, it shows all of this and in status it shows that Return * PDR-******* is still in progress with a date of **********. A few months ago the UPS details showed all the tracking information from when they picked up my package up to the time it was delivered to them in Texas. I notice this information comes up blank now, but I copied and saved all this information to pdf file while it was still available if you need it.
