I have a dishwasher that is in need of repair. I put in a work order through my home warranty and my repair appointment was approximately three weeks after my initial call. When the repairman came, he told me that he would have to order parts for the repair. He assigned me an appointment well in advance, but told me that when I received the parts to please call and reschedule the appointment for a sooner date. I received the parts today, and am now told that the earliest repair date for this ** minute repair is ****. I tried to explain that this issue has been ongoing for several weeks now and to please expedite the appointment. I even spoke with a supervisor, Mazel. No one would do anything to expedite the situation. The last person at corporate even told me to log in and look for earlier appointments. I’m very dissapointed in the level of customer service. First, no attempts were made to further accommodate me, then I was told to basically do things myself...**I am very dissapointed in this attitude.
