I am promised a replacement as of **********. Sears has not ordered my replacement range model Kenmore *****. Every time I talk with someone in the extended warranty dept. I am told that I will receive a call in a day or two to order the range. No one has yet to call me! ... Hello, My name is Catherine Van Drew. We have an extended warranty on most of our appliances. My warranty * is -***************. *On ******** I had a service call to repair my Kitchen Aid professional dual fuel oven. The service man had to order parts and scheduled a return appt. for **********. On that day I got a email telling me the appointment was cancelled and to call Sears. I called and was told that they could not get parts for my oven and that I was approved to get a new one. I am now going to give you a timeline about getting my new oven***********Sears unable to get parts for oven so approved for a replacement. Approved for $*,***.**.***********I called Sears when my appointment was cancelled to repair oven and was told that amount for oven was increased to $*,***.**. I was told that I could go to store or get online. I checked online to see the model that the rep told me about which is ***-*****. This model was on sale for $*,***.** . Regular price is $*,***.**.*I called back to say that I wanted that stove. I was told that I would get a call within *-* days to place order. No one called me!! My local Sears store in Colonial Heights VA* had closed.***********I called back to Sear*s and spoke to Jacklyn. She told me that with the holidays to wait and if no one calls me then call back on ******.*********I called Sears back when I did not hear from anyone. This time I talked with Makela. She sent a template email to order center and I was told that I would get a call that day or the next day. As always, no one called!********I again called back about my order. I spoke to a woman in Greensville N.C. She couldn’t tell me if the oven was ordered. Said it could be and call back on Friday ******* if I hadn’t heard anything. Again no one called!**********She sent a message to Winter Park offline. She also sent a message to her manager. I asked to speak with her but was told that she was in a meeting and I would get a response back that day or on *******. Again, told to call back if no call received.**I have been very patient about getting my replacement oven (Kenmore *****). I have had to initiate all calls concerning getting my new oven. No one ever calls me back to order the oven. This could not be so difficult! The people who I have spoken to in the extended warranty department have been very nice but still not solving my issues. Why can*t someone order my oven for me!!! I am now very frustrated and have little faith that I am ever getting my replacement. I was approved for a replacement as of **********. My range has not been ordered as of yet and no one from Sears has called me.
All I ask for is getting the oven *range ordered and installed.
Have most of my appliances on extended warranty agreements with Sears. Don*t think I will be renewing if this is how I am being treated.
