I have had a home appliance policy through Sears for several years. I work. Therefore, I cannot be at home when it is convenient FOR YOU to come and take care of a problem. I did, however, contact Sears and requested that a technician come out and repair my washing machine. They came too early and I missed them, as I do not get out until *:** everyday. So, I contacted you (recall that I have had this plan FOR YEARS), and I was supposed to have been called to reschedule. This was NEVER DONE. Why????? You people are so happy to have me pay almost $***month for years, and yet when I request service, the customer service has been lacking. Most importantly, my money has been squandered and your irresponsible service people have not done their job. I want a complete REFUND for my monthly payments, starting at day *.
