On Nov.** a range was delivered to my house. It won't fit in the space, so the delivery returned it the same day to Sears warehouse. I have never received a refund and the amount is over a $****.**. We live on fixed income so the amount is quite considerable to us. I have called and emailed to many Sears reps and nobody has done anything yet. My order * is *********. I want someone to refund to my debit card immediately. Betty Smith
