I scheduled a “HOME WARRANTY” service call for Dec* ****!*The tech showed up at the scheduled time. He began his service procedure by checking out my washer & dryer. The tech advised me that the pump was not operating correctly, he would need to order the part (PUMP) He then looked at the Garbage Compactor & informed me that I needed a new AUGER, he then checked out my reefer*freezer unit & informed me that to fix the problem (the freezer was not providing ice automatically, I had to manually get ice)*He again said he would need to replace a electrictronic switch*He said he would order required parts ‘& once he received said parts, he would call me to set a time to complete the job. When I asked what when I could expect him to return? His answer was with-in *-* days!*After waiting ** days with NO call back, I initiated a call to find out what the issue with the parts was. *Apparently the tech did NOT order the parts!*Another ** days have passed & yet again, NOBODY could help me & I needed to call back yet again to get an update from HOME WARRANTY!*I did my part & have just received * text with * different dates for the repair work!*This is unacceptable , it would mean that from my *st call for service ( Dec * ****) and the repair date would be approximately * WEEKS!*I pay a fair price for this service & the *st time I use the service, I am treated like S$&: !*I am not surprised SEARS are in dire straits!*THIS HAS BECOME A JUNK SHOW!
