I ordered a mattress on Nov **,****, in store at the Montebello store. I finally got my delivery on Nov. **, ****, which was the WRONG size mattress! They said I would have to wait yet another * weeks to get the right size mattress delivered. On Dec. *, ****, I called Sears to CANCEL my order. And promised I would get my REFUND in ** days*?* after having to wait yet again to get my $****- refunded...WHY AM I WAITING FOR MY MONEY for so long??? I have called numerous times, talked to numerous people about this - WITH NO ONE TAKING CARE OF THIS MATTER---I want my Money NOW..So WHO can help me with this? Very Poor Customer Service! Please HELP me.*Thank you for your assistance in this very very bad experience I have had to endure. I called right now also NO HELP, just a run around, no resolution. Sears has had my money since **********..I want it back PLUS interest. Please...I am desperate@*Ms Sanchez******@***.com****-***-****
