Compressor quite working on my * year old LG fridge * weeks ago. Repair man did not have the part, charges me $*** for visit and I bought a warranty to cover the next time it breaks. He told me there should be a class action lawsuit. I stayed home from work today for Sears appointment. Got a text that appointment was canceled. Called, part wont come in for ** days. Tried to get someone in complaint department, was disconnect * times...no one called me back. I have a blind son that will be home for Christmas and I need a refridgerator NOW!! I am going to go to local media, social media, and anyone else who will listen. I bought all my applicances for my new home from Sears and everyone of them has broken down within * years.
