Placed an online order in November for a "bounce house". Received online notice that item was delivered. The FedEx number on delivery is for a person in Delaware and I live in Florida. Sears order********** for all online orders made by me. Tracking ********************* was showing for the "bounce house" I requested online by FedEx. Our physical address is" ***** SE CR *** White Springs, FL *****. Said item was delivered to Delaware address per FedEx tracking number. WHERE IS MY ORDER FOR BOUNCE HOUSE AND WHY HAVE I NOT HEARD ANYTHING REGARDING ORDER??? I have spent over an hour this past Saturday (December *, ****) and again today speaking with Customer Service and getting NO response to assist me. TOTALLY PISSED!!!! Better get some assistance or plan to take this matter to court.
