I’ve never been so frustrated dealing with an online store. Your points system is AWFUL!! First I’ve got $**.** Sears points. When I go online to purchase something it shows I can’t use my points. ON EVERY SINGLE ITEM! What good are my points if I can’t use them. Let’s go with * *. I have $**.** with SHOP MY (YOUR)WAY). I can’t use them on anything I’ve tried to purchase either. The only thing it shows me about my points is WHEN MY POINTS HAVE EXPIRED! *I totally understand why Amazon is eating Sears’ lunch. How in the world do you expect to keep customers when your system is totally USELESS?! I’ve tried everything I can to use these points online. My daughter who is probably more internet savvy than me was totally confused also. I’m completely AMAZON savvy because ordering and using my gift cards and rewards and any credits is so customer friendly. I usually never speak (Write) this blunt to any company, but my frustration level is so high I just had to.
