I was to have a gas dryer exchange on Oct *, ****. I purchased the dryer in **** & it was heavily damaged by delivery.i have bought all my major appliances & other from Sears for almost ** years! My daughter had Ewing sarcoma cancer & we had to travel away for serious intense treatments. I spoke to sears at least every month that assured me I had till oct. **th **** to make the exchange. Oct *th I was informed after waiting all day for exchange that the gas dryer i has chosen was not available & to pick another. This began almost a daily *-* hr calls w* sears customer solutions. I was told by case managers as well tochoose a gas dryer & they promised me the exchange would be made. I was told within ** hours at least * times. I have everyone’s names & many employee numbers as well. I even spoke to the sears store manager Hayzus & assistant Craig said it was authorized but they did not include my name or item. So it would be cancelled again. I worried bc of the warranty ending oct **,**** but was told repeatedly I did not need to worry about that bc it was in progress prior to that date & not my fault. I have literally gotten sick over this. I just want my exchange. Last employee was John a case manger who promised me he would contact me himself within ** hrs again & make sure I get the exchange. No call or email back & it’s been way over ** hrs twice at least. Please check all the notes etc. I have everyone’s names & case managers employee numbers also. I just want the gas dryer exchange as promised. Allhad me choose one , see if it was available & then nothing. No one has contacted me & ive called almost every day.
