This is in regards to a radio I purchased on-line. ********M Bluetooth Boom Box with SD*MMC*USB, FM Radio, Built-in Rechargeable Battery & Remote Control$**.******Sears.com*** ssin: ***********P****I purchased this last week, on November *th, I bought it from Sears, on-line, and had it sent to Kmart in McKinleyville, California, **** Anna Sparks Way, *******But instead, this stereo, went to, Sears, on Addison, in Chicago Illinois. I called the store, phone, ***-***-****, and they said they have it, and were going to ship it, but did not, and after that phone call, I called back several times, spending over three hours on the phone, and could not get anyone to tell me where this item went. **I called Kmart-*U, and they said they could not send it to me, that I would have to cancel my order and reorder it. But cancelling my order caused my points to not be any good, and so now I have to pay additional for this radio, on top of all the time and energy and I have put into this transaction, only to get a lot of aggravation.**And the refund will not be processed for several days. So I have no radio, half the funding refunded, and cannot place my order until, what you are refunding is refunded.**This seems awful unfair to me. I really wanted this radio, and now it appears as if the price has doubled. This is ridiculous. **Last week, I ordered Charcoal, and this order was cancelled twice,when I went to pick it up from the store, even after the item was verified in stock. I called the store manager and he did not return my call, and was not available when I went into the store. **I like Big Kmart, and Sears, but would like my on-line transactions to go easier. And I have no idea why it went to Chicago in the first places. **Could you please fix this situation.
