I have been given so much incorrect information from sears. I had diagnostics on my dishwasher today - first I was told by customer service that the $** fee could be applied to new washer - not true. The technician told me today I would get **% and an extra **% - he said that was automatically applied online - it was not. Then I was told I would get free delivery and removal of my dishwasher - not true - at checkout I am charged $*** delivery plus $** removal!!!!! Had I known this, I would never have had technician come out today and I would have gone with another brand. So much wrong information and I had customer service repeat the offer several times - I should have recorded it. Very disappointed with sears.
