The issue in GetHuman-wbeatric's own words
Our HVAC* Carrier Infinity Heating and Cooling System outdoor UNIT has not been cleaned and checked this year. (****) It was not checked this Spring for freon , fan blower, others etc. There are lots of leaves, trash etc.inside the unit. This is the first year our unit has not had the maintenance cleaning and check. for the outside unit. It seems like we are ignored when we mention the Heat Pump *OUTDOOR UNIT.*We have a MASTER PROTECTION AGREEMENT PLAN and have notified Sears of our concerns more than once. .An appointment was scheduled for today and was canceled by a technician (that what we were told by Sears).We were also told that we hired a third party to do work on the System which is not true. The only work done was Sears and who Sears*Carrier hired (COMFORT ZONE *HEAT PUMPS SYSTEM PART **-**-**** ,Carrier Corporation. *Sears nor the technician called us to inform us of the cancellation. I (Wife) found out after calling SEARS to see what time the technician was scheduled to arrive at our house, am or pm?. We stayed home all day waiting for the technician. * Sears called us yesterday Nov. * and left a message on our phone (which is still on our phone now) that the technician would be at our house between * am and * pm today. (Thursday, Nov. *)*Our outdoor Unit needs to be checked and cleaned before winter to avoid problems . (SYSTEM MALFUNCTION CALL TECHNICIAN! WE DO NOT WANT TO SEE THAT SIGN.*
