Sears customer service and call center are horrible when speaking to someone in another country. It started with an appliance delivery and I requested an afternoon delivery For****.I called the delivery office on***** and put in the request.I put in my off time for Friday afternoons at work.I called Sears delivery call center to verify the time. It was not documented. The customer service rep told me that I had to wait for a call from the delivery center. I then requested to speak to a supervisor. I don't know if the man was a supervisor or the same man I spoke to earlier. He promised me it was taken. I get a call Friday **** at * am tell me the delivery would be between *:** and **:** and not an afternoon delivery. I works and my husband works.I had already requested leave to be off. My husband had to take leave. When the refrigerator was inspected I saw some scratches on the freezer door so I contacted the delivery center and informed them about this matter. I told them to come and pick it and replace. Someone by the name of RAin that he would give me ***,*** reward points. I agreed. I tried to verify that it was actually process. Several months ago I spoke to someone in my reward office was to add my name to the account. To no avail. I have spend over ****.** in appliance. You can not get any help and everybody lie and give fake name over in the Philippines. Cannot speak to someone in the United States. I cannot shop at a store with bad customer service.
