Hello,**I need to have the $*** Cashback points that disappeared when you rewrote my order at the local Leominster MA Auto Center at the installation of the tires I had bought and paid for online reinstated.**Original Online order:*Placed on Oct **, *****Order ************Cancelled on Oct ** when the tires were installed. (see replacement invoice info below)**Order Summary*Merchandise Subtotal*$***.***Additional Discount*- $**.***Points You've Redeemed*- $*.****Pre-Tax Subtotal*$***.***Sales Tax*$**.****Order Total*$***.***Total Savings On This Order*$**.***Points Summary*You've earned*$***.** total CASHBACK in points*Base Points*$*.***Bonus Points*$***.*****At installation the Leominster Sears Auto Center created their own invoice, deleting the online order, and therefore the cashback points. **The replacement invoice that was generated is *IN*******.*It clearly shows the online payment I made as a payment credit. I have a scanned image of the replacement invoice if needed.**This is clearly an internal issue that you have between your systems. I know this because the exact same thing happened to my son-in-law to whom I had recommended you as a source for tires at a good price. Either that or you do this intentionally to all your on line tire customers in the hope they don't notice and won't follow up.
