To whom it may concern**I bought my service for my range and SEAR Tech have been here * time replacing electronic parts for the range. The last service was done Oct *rd and then the tech show up on Oct **th with no part.*He said that someone from sears will call me which no one did. I just called your ****-***-**** and got VERY POOR SERVICE first person said to hold on to find the status of the part and after waiting on hold for * minutes he transferred me to another lady, that when I try to let her know about my problem, she just hang-up my call this got me very UPSET. Next lady said that the part for my range was ordered today Oct **. The repair it going to cost $***.** for the range I would like a check for the repair amount and I will go buy another range I cannot be without a working range. And this this the second time that I had to wait for parts for a long time. I can provide the receipt that I got from the technician. **thanks
